Looking after complete Import movement from JNPT to Aurangabad Factory & depositing Empty Containers at Empty Yard at JNPT. Controlling complete Warehousing movement & Pan India Transportation from Bhiwandi & JNPT as per the indent given by the RM (Sales Team). Day to day activity In bound & Out bound of Containers with the time limit to avoid detention at Warehouses.managing staffs of appx 30 to 35. making new Transporters for Pan India dispatches as per the Company policy. Maintaining Zero variance in finished goods inside Warehouse. Managing appx more than 6000 products of brands like (Videocon/Philips/Electrolux/Kenstar/Sansui/Next/DG World etc etc.
