Q C Inspector with 10 years gulf experience in manufacturing as well as construction field. and self motivated and have a keen interest in personal and professional growth with my skill & knowledge . Looking for a changing position of a QA/QC Inspector where I am able to execute my work efficiently by keeping company’s objectives in mind and add to the co’s growth with my skills as follow

Skills : Dimensional as well as process inspection. Inspection of produced items/parts by any production process like precise machining, fabrication, (structure, piping & sheet metal),bending, pressing, coating, plating, insulating, cladding etc. with respect to requirement/drawing/standard/ITP and also maintaining its records in proper manner as soft copy/hard copy.
Material inspection at incoming stage with respect to purchase order, drawing, specification, standard, ITP, and also reviewing mill test certificates.
In process inspection can do at any stage of material path and also monitoring manufacturing process as per requirement. Welder test conducting.
At final stage conduct sampling inspection before dispatch, coordinate with client/TPI before dispatch if necessary OR required and released from them.
I can able to inspect including dimensional, visual & conducting NDT/hardness testing where it necessary and maintaining its proper documentation.
Calibration of equipment/instruments with record maintaining. I can able to use all measuring instruments/test equipment/hardness tester in proper manner. Maintaining quality system environment. house keeping.
Also familiar with computer window 10 world. excel, power point..
