For the initial eight years of my career I worked with Hutchison 3G a UK Based Telecom Company. I started my career as an executive and got promoted as a SME/Trainer to a Team Coach and later as a Team Leader.
My journey from an Executive to a Team Leader has helped me to develop leadership and people management qualities.
As a customer service expert and Certified Coach, I have rich experience of escalation management and stakeholder management. My experience as a manager has taught me to win over the customers as well as keep my team members happy.
Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager with FLIPKART PRIVATE LIMITED – ONLINE MEGASTORE. Leading a team of 110 consultant’s with 8 Team Leads. My deliverables are driving customer service and manage complete operations within SLA
