 Responsible for preventive & break down maintenance Related to electrical, mechanical, hydraulics of above m/cs.And also for various utility equipment.
 To Lead and Motivate moulding team for better results, For new Ideas, new developments, necessary modifications in the m/c, process, Equipment , to increase productivity, reduce m/c break-down time , product quality.
 Solving the problems related to production, processing, quality aspects.
 Prepare various data required for maintenance dept. e.g. M/c break-down analysis data, Action plan for it why - why analysis sheet, M/c break down time trend chart & graphs etc. Monthly, Weekly & Daily preventive maintenance schedule.
 Prepare day-to-day production & maintenance planning, raw material & manpower planning.
 Make critical spare parts list, & maintain the stocks of this spare parts.

 Taking various trials of molds, raw materials, process Parameter, new material compositions etc.

 Prepare various data required for making monthly, annual production report, machine efficiency, utilization report, Raw material consumption report.
 Make the calibration schedule for various measuring & testing equipment required in the plant.

 Make the list & update time to time for various suppliers, consultants, servicing agencies etc.
