I am a Canadian educated and experienced IT Professional with 8 years of experience at both local and global firms, in various industries including professional services, telecommunications, graphics design, web development, and IT support consulting.

My projects have ranged from local to nation-wide, supporting a user base from as little as hundreds to as large as thousands, while becoming a trusted advisor to all levels within the firm – including the executive.

Although day-to-day IT is my role, I have also volunteered or been selected to lead specialized project teams to implement new technology, processes, and support nation-wide, all with the end goal of improving IT operations and experience.

My unique approach with users and the team combines hands-on technical expertise and people skills, lightly and slowly educating them as appropriate with the ultimate goal of improving performance, productivity and overall user experience.
