My foremost goal is to give an efficient Raw Material Management and INVENTORY CONTROL. It is well said in raw material management that Inventory added is open loss to the Organization. Thus my efforts are always towards reducing Inventory and thus loss to the Organization I work for. Proper identification of Raw Material and trafficking of the material at the right time. . Receipt of goods, GRN preparation, interplant material transfers etc.

Stock records verification. Each and every transaction is to be checked.
Excise records reconciliation with stock records.
Production statement verification.
Physical verification of inventory periodically and on random basis.
Recording of receiving & dispatches of all raw materials.
Controlling and coordinating with various job workers and get the necessary stock statements, job work bills, production report in time and comparing the job workers dispatches against our orders and material send to them.
Regular reporting to HO and take control of all documents required by accounts and other department at HO and submits the same to them well in time.
Create various MIS reports.
High- caliber leadership experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, planning, distribution and office administration function in business environment.
Creative development and implementation of high impact organizational plans and inventory programs, rapid delivery of time sensitive materials and audit compliance with industry regulations.
Formation and motivation of team to peak performance ensure total client satisfaction; maintain peak quality service and meat aggressive operational objectives.
Fully familiar with operating efficiencies, contract administration, execute reporting, accurate documentation and cost reductions.
