Ola Hafez

A professional Human Resources Executive, held the position of Regional Human Capital Director of Magrabi Retail Group – MENA and Turkey for seven years up till December 2015 with around 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management developed at Sheraton International Head Office, Intercontinental Hotels City Stars, Windsor Hotels International, Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, ERA Real Estate. These experiences along with academic background gave me the opportunity to have in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management.
Graduated from Faculty of Commerce 1985, holds MBA in Human Resources from Southern Carolina University 2010, a certified Human Resources Manager accredited from Southern Carolina University 2000, certified Organizational Behaviour Professional from SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management – USA - 2007) and certified international Assessor from Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Academy 2002.
