Project Engineering, design activities like team member of design ICSS/FGTU for oil & gas project for Block 53 field with Dove, gap study, field instrument spec. logic design , prepare layout, loop drawings, MTO's, inspection, familiarity with international standards and Hazard area equipment and practice. Team member for HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/LOPA studies and FAT for the ICSS/FGTU projects.
Supervision if instrument installation, type testing, end to end test, calibration, loop checking, punch list clearance and commissioning.
I have experience with water cut meter, F&G/H2S/LEL detectors systems, fire and gas siren, gas calculation, site acceptance test for mobile test separator and commissioning.
Help maintenance for trouble shooting, startup and shutdown jobs and preventive and corrective maintenance.
OJT for new employee for existing equipment, installation, instrument, SCADA,PLC and DCS systems.
