Neetu Bhandari

An MBA in HR from Symbiosis, skillful and dedicated with extensive 12 years experience in coordination, planning, Operational and administrative functions, a high caliber senior executive support functionary, I was sponsored to set up new offices, functions and departments. I started with my Corporate career in 2003 as a customer care executive with India Today and while working for India Today ,I freelanced as a proof reader for their then Publication house "Harper Collins". After a few years stint as Primary Teacher and Research scholar where I provided write ups, articles and book Reviews for the school website. Next big role change came for me in 2008 after joining Ireo. Ireo back then was a Private Equity company transitioning into becoming a real estate developer. I worked towards Organization development & Launch readiness, and was directly involved in the selection of a major ad agency McCann Erickson. I love writing , reading and cooking favorite dishes for my girls.

For my strength and weaknesses as per my perception on my strength, flexibility in any kind of environment, Adopt with the situation, smart working, more interest in new things and quick learner.

And there is two side for every human being. I noticed my weakness is I can't refuse if somebody asks help from me and disappointment of my failures. But I can overcome from this.
