Neethy Ciju

Am Mrs Neethy Ciju, currently working as Senior Manager, Customer Relations in Shriram Properties Pvt Ltd, Bangalore since June 2010. I have a total experience of 9 years in real estate industry.

Currently am heading 6 projects of Zone-II of Shriram Properties, Bangalore. 5 are ongoing projects and one is in the pre-launch stage. The overall client strength is 4000 with each project having a sold value of 250-300 Cr and sold area of 10 Lakh sq ft per project. Am in charge of CRM for the above 6 projects with a team size of 20 members.

My major responsibilities include the entire operations of the 6 projects from agreement stage till handing over stage, team management , assuring uninterrupted cash in flow for the Company, generation of additional income for the Company through channel partners etc.
