I have over two decades of experience of working in blue-chip manufacturing organisations of leading business houses, like KKBirla Group (Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd.@ Kota), Reliance (MDA group @ Jamnagar) with multi-national operations and with Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd, a flagship company of Matix group at their corporate office in Worli, Mumbai, setting up world’s largest single stream urea plant (3850 MTPD) at Panagarh, WB.

Currently based at Mumbai, working as Head- Business Development with ASPIRE International Pvt. Ltd. specialised in providing complete solutions for Human Resource Recruitment / Training and Development / Conduct HR Audit and Compliances / Other Consultancy & Advisory Services with clientele across sectors and geographies.

My experience of corporate and plant HR covers entire gamut of functions including bulk recruitment, C&B, performance mgt., competencies, T&D, policy issues, employee relations, compliances and day-to-day HR matters and general administration.
