1. Receiving the drawing from customer's and preparation of the feasibility review of the projects.
2.Resource planning and best process identification for the parts.
3.Preparing BOM,Process flow,Control flow and PFMEA.
4. Prepare the Development drawings and release the drawing to punching/laser cutting/fabrication/Assembly.
5. Process followup for the parts developed in each process to meet customer requirements in aspect of quality and time.
6. Follow up for the First Article Inspection, approval of the proto parts with proper documentation as per AS9102 /
Customer requirement.
7. Developing ideas for new products and production systems as per customer requirements and also Jigs and fixture design
and development for critical parts and regular running parts to minimize the errors and time of production.
8. Improving the design, performance and efficiency of existing products.
9. Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve design issues.
Responsible for providing technical advice, direction and execution of design to both external customers
and internal engineering functions. Involved in product and process design of Healthcare, Electrical &
Electronics, Machinery....etc assemblies and components for home and overseas customers.
