Having worked for over 11 years in Sales Operation, Retail Operations and Sales & Distribution, I believe I have valuable experience which would make me an asset to the sales team. I have been associated with Telecom, Retail, Food chain and Consumer durable industries.
In my current employment as Regional Manager - Sales & Operations for Intex technologies (India) Ltd for Exclusive Branded Outlets (intex smart world) South. Sales and operations and profitability of the store and driving the KPI of the store team and Area mangers were prime responsibilities.
Other accomplishments indicative of my experience includes:
• Merit of achieving 100% customer satisfaction within the region and ensured that the same is maintained throughout.
• Taken the sales volumes from 30 lakhs to 75 lakhs in span of 6 months with new store rollouts and consistent increase in bulk sales
• Ensured consistent involvement of the franchise managers and partners in driving sales and organization objectives. Working out a healthy RoI of 10% to 12% MOM.
• Worked towards to increase the sales volume of all categories of product portfolio at intex
My biggest strengths as a Regional Manager are the ability to grow revenue per customer as well as retain existing clients by motivating sales teams and ensuring they focus on the needs of our target audience. My positive attitude and ambitious approach to business has seen the teams that I have led deliver strong revenue and market share gains.
