Inventory & procurement of IT Hardware
Proven track record managing external vendors / suppliers, identifying improvements within existing SLA, conduct regular updates on service management and quality.
Supervising:
Managing End User Computing technologies such as Application Packaging, Software Distribution and Patch Management, Imaging, Enterprise Mobility, Virtualization, Collaboration Services such as Sharepoint and Office 365.
Managing and supporting Desktops/Laptops/Thin clients/Microsoft Surface & Lenovo Tablets/Polycom & Cisco VC devices/Network Printers/IP Phones and Smart Phones for Colt users
RES Workspace Manager (being used for profile management, application deployment and publishing)
Microsoft APPV for sequencing of the applications
Crypto Card Portal and providing support to all users
Recomposing of VDI Pools with latest security patches & application updates
