Being in the Administration role surrounded with majorly male comrades for approx 16 years was very challenging and it did help me to explore my potentials of managing people of different calibrates, backgrounds and behavior patterns.

In the Administration- Client management, Co-coordinating and Managing events and always having a keen eye on Soft skills facilities has been my forte.

Managing vendor staff and maintaining a Senior role at the same time did groom me as an individual to be a people's person.

Was awarded for Spot Recognition's from different projects for handling their Clients visits and the entire set up's.

A never give up attitude has made me a go getter and I stand by the tag Line "CONSIDER IT DONE"
