In Maintenance, Installation, Commissioning Pre-commissioning, Inspection, Construction ,Modification and Testing, Calibrating, Trouble Shooting, of Pneumatic, Electronic & Micro processors based Process control instrument in various International and National reputed companies, for Refineries, Petrochemical Oil and Gas Field areas as Qatar for shell pearl GTL (Gas to liquid), Maintenance of different operational units which includes, SGP(shell gasification) syngas treatment ,HPS ( heavy paraffin synthesis 1st stage &2nd stage ) ,CAR catalyst activation regeneration, WDU water distillation unit. Relief & blow down system. SWS sour water stripper. Flues& seal oil, Furnace, Air Compressors, ETP (Steam and power), Flair area. Was involved in day to day maintenance activities, preventive maintenance.

Ensures company standards, codes of practice and procedure and work permits procedure in accordance with agreed and safe procedure Performing Maintenance Activities with 100% Compliance in Health Safety & Environment Policies. Involved in Installation, Loop Checking Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start up Activities of the Plant.
Consult manufacturer's manuals to determine tests and maintenance procedures for instruments used for measuring and controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature and other variables in manufacturing and processing. Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults using testing devices. Repair and adjust both pneumatic and electronic system components or remove and replace defective parts. Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work and complete test and maintenance reports.
Install new control instruments on existing plant equipment. Co-ordinate and Interface with supervisor & various personnel of Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging and warehouse, Stores, laboratory, project services, Training, Contractors and Central Maintenance to keep abreast their needs and problems. Lease with Operation, Technical department and other discipline to resolve problems.
Developed Standard Procedure for Maintenance, Planning, Scheduling of Preventive and Predicative Maintenance and Turn around Safety is the top Priority for every work which is carried out.
