I am Asst Manager(Planning) having nearly 3 years experience in the field of Construction Management and Planning. I have acquired my experience through active participation in the Scheduling, construction and management of various prestigious projects in India . I have in depth knowledge in Scheduling software such as Primavera (5 & 6) & Ms Projects and data processing software such as Ms Office and its applications.
My experience covers commercial, retail, big scale residential, Infrastructure, hospitals and Airport projects, playing a key role in planning monitoring and effective management of all phases of the project based on time, cost and quality factors of the project
I have successfully liaised with Clients, Consultants and other stake holders to meet their requirements, managed issues with regards to time and cost of the project based on proper procedures and PMI guide lines. I have the skill of negotiations and successful management of project from initialization phase to handing over phase, I am aware of most of contract and FIDIC requirements with in depth knowledge of the computer software. Have done certification on Supervisory development Skills and Certified First Aider apart from my Construction management certification.
