Rich experience in monitoring and day to day trouble shooting of various units such as Sulfur Recovery unit, Tail gas treating unit, Amine treating units, Sour Water Stripper Unit, LPG treating unit, Sat gas Concentration unit, off sites/ storage tank area, Industrial waste water treatment unit, Cooling & DM water treatment, steam, BFW system etc.

Plant capacity debottlenecking schemes assessment and implementation. Equipment inspection from process point of view and preparation of shutdown / incident investigation reports.

Hands on experience of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for DCS system.

Conversant with industry standard software applications including HYSYS, Aspen Plus, KBC, HTRI & ProMax.
