After completion of my course, I joined Jatti Motors, Bangalore Main dealer for Escort & Ford Tractors as Service Manager.
Twice I have under gone Ford tractor advance repair course during 1977 & 1981
During 1981 Joined Escort Ltd, Faridabad & posted at Bangalore to develop Karnataka state dealers service felicities. I served this organization for almost 10 years.
I was deputed to Nigeria to look after tractor repair and promote the product.
So I landed up at Egbe at Green Land Farms Ltd, Nigeria as Works manager .
After 2 years of successful operation(Performance) of the tractors I have been asked to report back at Faridabad.
Mean while I got a offer for the post of Works Manager at Nigeria from British Company( Morris Nigeria Ltd, Minna , Nigeria). I served is company as for 7 years and rose to the post of General Factory Manager (Fertilizer Unit)
During 1997 I have been offered post of General Manager at Noble Motors who were main dealers for BMW car, Proton Cars Escort & Ford Tractors.
