• Bid evaluation of technology supplier as a consultant. Preparation of Specification, Offer evaluation of vendors, Preparing Automation Configuration, Single Line Diagram etc.
Tendering and Bid Submission
• Tendering, BOQ preparation, attending Tender meeting and contract preparation.
Project Execution
• Preparation of specification for different packages, order placement, drawing approval, and assistance at site during commissioning.
Software Development
• PLC Software development in Ladder, FBD and STL in various programmable logic controller (like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley )
Functional Industrial Automation
• Programming and testing of PLC. Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.
Maintenance/Operations
• Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction.
Vendor Development
• Coordinating for procurement of project material/machinery and making purchase order for various items procured for projects. Sourcing through identification of long term suppliers/ vendors for procurement with an aim of
