I am presently associated with Rainbow Control Systems Private Limited, Trichy as an Senior Engineer in Instrumentation / SIL Technical Scribe.

Experienced in various stages of project execution, starting from Proposal stage through Basic engineering, FEED, Detailed engineering, Project Management, Construction Supervision and Commissioning services and special experience in conducting Safety Integrity Study (SIL assessment) for off shore & On shore Oil and Gas facilities, Refineries and Petrochemical and other Allied industries.

Have familiar in preparation of Datasheets to VDR for various Field Instruments, Control / Shut down / Safety Relief Valves, Analyzers and control systems includes Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire & Gas system (F&G) and Hands on Experience on Design engineering Documents like Instrument Index, IO list, preparation of Hook-up drawing, Cable Schedule, JB grouping and Bulk MTO, Interconnection / loop drawings, Standard installation drawing, etc,.

Have familiar with National & International Codes, Standards and Practices, such as IEC, ISA, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, ARAMCO, etc. Have become familiar with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards and other Safety related codes and practices.
