• Managing & controlling all contractors (Civil [GPZ Overseas Ltd.], MEP & Interior) in the compliance of site HSE Procedures.
• Advise the Management on HSE Issues of the Project including legal obligation.
• Co-ordination of HSE activities with the Project Management, Consultants and Clients.
• Execute safety programs for different locations and minimize company's safety losses.
• Reviewing the contractor’s HSE plan, Method Statement, HRA of their activities and monitor for compliance of the same.
• Responsible for creating safety awareness among workers through Safety induction, Daily Tool Box Talks, Safety mass meetings.
• Participating in the ‘Weekly Toolbox Talk’ conducted by the contractors & Client.
• Participating in the safety Walk-around with contractor representatives and addressing the issues for rectifications.
• Overseeing the contractor’s inspections on equipment, electrical, environmental, PTW system and addressing the deviation.
• Assist and maintain HSE documents for Audit of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Check all the activities of the project on HSE compliance to meet Dept. objectives and targets.
• Responsible for conducting weekly HSE meeting with contractor’s representatives and preparing the meeting minutes.
• Ensure all the site observations are recorded in Incident Management System, Participate in HSE incident investigation as
Require & Timely closure of Incident investigation and recommendation on basis of Root cause Analysis Technique.
• Good knowledge of preparing Hazards Risk Assessment (HRA), JHA, JSA, PTW for all task and propose mitigation.
• Good Experienced in successful Planning, Execution and Management of HSE on large construction and complex industrial projects.
• Conduct HSE training for Supervisors or Foremen and Workers onsite.
• Strong in preparing & Delivering HSE Training on various topics company & Subcontractors as per company Schedule.
• Implement the SHE strategy for the site in order to achieve the SHE objectives, SHE compliance and recognition programs.
• HSE Documentation in Line with Companies requirements. (Daily, weekly, Monthly, Annual, Audit, accident investigation, MOM etc.,)
• Responsible for preparation of ERP & its proper execution through the mock drill to verify the effectiveness of ERP.
• Ensure all employees should be familiar with Fire and other emergency situation and evacuation procedures.
• To ensure that all third party certificate for all vehicles, drivers, electrical/mechanical equipment’s etc are valid and available on worksites.
• Inspect of all mobile equipment (Cranes, Vehicles and machines and etc.,) that they have spark arrestors, fire extinguishers, good condition in
Electrical and fuel systems, valid certificate and are authorized to enter the restricted areas.
• Ensure that Safe Working Practices were adopted for all activities carried out by the contractor & subcontractors.
• Implementation of Work Permit System for Confined Space, Hot works, Deep Excavation, Scaffolding and Radiographic activities etc.,
• Propose and Implementation of Safety Performance Awards or Rewards.

Worked as a Sr. Safety Officer (Area In-Charge) in Yanbu Power & Desalination Plant Phase-3 Project KSA, achieved 30 million safe man-hours without LTI. The project with capacity of 2,700 Mega-watts (MW) of power and a desalination plant with capacity of 550,000 cubic meters per day. G.P. Zachariades Group Overseas Pvt. Ltd major scope of work is Power Block, Transformer Block, STG Unit, Observer unit, Boiler Unit, Heavy structural work, Pipe rack, GDS, FGD, culvert.
Project 2 : Bahrain International Airport Project

Bahrain international Airport extension & enhancement project involves ancillary building, passenger terminal building airside & landside work, emergency vehicle access, 2-storey main Fire station building, super gate building, BAC facilities Management Building, various auxiliary building,, several administrative building etc.,
Project 3 : New proposed Gas Plant of NIGP at Ras-Laffan

Worked with M.H. ALMANA Group, NIGP in Production where they are producing variety industrial gases in different Plant like ASU plant, Hydrogen Plant, CO2 Plant, Acetylene Plant, Nitrous Oxide Plant, Hydro testing unit, Cylinder filling section & QSG section where they producing variety of mix gases. In fabrication workshop major work for ISO tank repairing/ servicing, &Variety of Quad preparing & plant maintenance work.
Apart from production, got chance to involved in complex construction project of New proposed Gas Plant of NIGP at Ras-Laffan Industrial city Doha Qatar as “Safety Officer Team Lead“, which majorly include construction work of different plant like ASU plant, Hydrogen Plant, CO2 Plant, Acetylene Plant, Nitrous Oxide Plant, Hydro testing unit, Cylinder ion & QSG section filling section, MEP work, installation of ISO storage tank & steel erection work etc.
Project 4 : BOC Gas Production Plant

Worked with BOC (A Linden Group Companies.) as “Safety Officer” in its production, where BOC’s itself supplies almost 60% Oxygen requirement for the integrated TATA STEEL PLANT at Jamshedpur with the capacity of 1150 tonnes per day of oxygen.

• Involve & achieved 30 Million Safe Man-hour without lost time incident (LTI) during construction, erection, heavy structural installation work of “YANBU POWER & DESALINATION PLANT PHASE-3” project YANBU, KSA.
• Achieved 5 Million Safe Man-hour without LTI during heavy Construction & MEP work of in Oncology King Hamad University Hospital (KHUH), project.
• Achieved 3 Million Safe Man-hour without LTI during Construction & MEP work in “BAHRAIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” Extension project, Bahrain.
• More than 20 Million safe Man hour without lost time incident during complex construction work of new proposed Gas Plant of NIGP at Ras-Laffan Industrial City Doha Qatar.
