Ensure smooth cargo flow at Logistics Ports/Terminals/Inland Container Depots, both for Inbound (Imports) and Outbound (Exports) traffic. Liaison with customer base consisting of all major Shipping Lines/Agents, Exporters, Importers / Basic Cargo Owners, Customs House Agents/Brokers, Freight Forwarders/Consolidators, Transporters, formulation and finalisation of tariff agreements for various logistical activities, viz. Terminal Handling charges, Inland Haulage charges, Warehousing/storage charges, Demurrage/Detention cost&& freetime, Ground rent && Container yard charges, Port THCs, etc. Maintaining and updating tariffs and Contracts. Ensure to provide top of the class Logistic services to Customers at Logistic centers for warehouse management (both for bonded and debonded), Road bridging , first & last mile connectivity , Rail haulage , Shipments carting and dispatch systems, Customs Clearance & operations, Yard inventory systems, Track and trace of shipments && equipments through enabled systems, Terminal Operating System. Coordinating with Rail/Road Operations team/vendors for smooth movement of Inbound and Outbound cargo (both EXIM and Domestic) between Ports and Logistic centers provide door pickups and deliveries with competitive lead time matching Customers schedule/
