Spent more than 15 years in banking industry , worked in all retail front office jobs , including sales and services , customers service ,operations , premium banking , compliance , remittances , cash services , as well as corporate customer service .
I have earned great experience through this diversity of duties , which developed strong leadership and management skills , sound sales and customer rapport , problem solving skills .
My principle is success in achieving goals and objectives , using available resources , with a high level of customers service excellency , aligned with understanding the market and customers need properly to deliver the best banking service can be offered .
Fortunate to be part of 2 major projects in HSBC , as team leader in retail and system migration including customer relationship management system in 2006&2007 , and business trainer of sales techniques ( having the right conversation ) for all retail population in 2013 .
