(ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007) at 11th November 2009
-Manage QC engineer &Inspectors in company sites
-Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
-Preparing project specific procedures as required.
-Reviewing all Sub Contractor’s documents (prequalification, quality plan, ITPs, MSs …etc)
-Train QC Inspectors to ensure that work is moving on as per approved MSs, ITPs, and preparation of Site Inspection Reports.
-Implementation of the Project Plan.
-Coordinate and provide guidance to QC Inspectors and other concerned personnel to meet the quality in compliance with the project specifications
-Coordinate with consultant to inspection and clearance work in site.
- Ensure all site team used approved drawings.
-Inspect the concrete delivery at site check slump and temperature and take cube according to specification.
- Coordinate with laboratory to check calibration certificate for any machine we use for test materials and make register for it.
-Coordinate with subcontractor for water proofing and shutter and post tension and finishing subcontractor to check their work and take check list after finish work .
-Take samples for any materials delivery at site and make material inspection request and send this material to laboratory to test it.
-Check all finishing activities (false ceiling-cladding-plaster-block works-paints-waterproofing for bathrooms and kitchen-tiles-marbles-granite -landscape-interlocks-curbstone-swimming pool)work asp per as method of statement, PQP, ITP and as per as approved drawings.
-Make nonconformance report (N.C.R) and observation report and arrange all document files and monthly report like( I.T.R) register and (N.C.R) register and observation report register and monthly test report results .
-Ensure that all used materials are preapproved by the consultant.
-Ensure that all materials delivered to site are inspected and comply with the approved ones.
-Works with and advises Divisions/Department personnel in interpretation of corporate quality requirements and generation of divisional/ departmental quality procedure
-Coordinates non-conformity reporting system and undertakes follow-up investigations.
-Review potential vendors and contractor’s quality documentation and takes part in vendor/contractor evaluation process.
-Liaises with Supply Division in the provision of quality assurance and control including inspection and witness testing when required on materials and equipment purchased through them.
-Provides assistance to Supply Division in the inspection of materials after arrival and prior to being accepted for stock or otherwise.
-Carries out or supervises quality inspection when required of stock material, project surplus materials to establish their suitability or otherwise for disposal.
-Prepares and performs quality control program relating to vendor inspection activities, and analyses and audits costs for budgetary control.
-Knows the Company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility, and ensures that they are effectively implemented in is domain.
-Contributions to meetings with other Divisions/ Departments personnel for performance review Contributions to development of correction action plans.
-Accurate audit checklists against various procedures and participation in internal audits and raises corrective action requests.
-Establish and Develop Guidelines for evaluation of the pre-qualification document.
-Standard of prepared/issued audit reports.
-Develop check list Format for review of contractors documents.
-Conduct the required Audits and inspection visits for contractor premises.Identified deficiencies in Contractors quality systems.
-Familiarity with quality control requirements for procured material and equipment, and with third party inspection requirements.
-Engineers are trained, developed and given ample opportunity to participate in the section’s activities.
-Prepare weekly and monthly Quality report & forward to Quality Manager
-Perform daily site inspection and offsite inspection where required.
-Make and arrange all works according to specification, standard and arrange method of statement of all works at site
-arrange and make snag list after most of activities of project near to finish
- Have a good experience in physical tests of ( Soil , Aggregate , Concrete,
& Asphalt ) according to BS & ASTM Standard
