Working as a call center representative for Vodafone UK & Australia, and dealing with different personalities, nationalities and cultures enhanced my People Management Skills and enabled me to adapt with and handle even the hardest types of personalities, and being able to persuade them to stick to the policies and procedures applied by the company with the best way to keep them loyal. All that reflected on my job as an HR member when dealing with the company's employees and handling any job-related inquiry.
My goal is to grow with a multinational organization that believes in developing and enhancing its workforce, and heading towards attaining its vision, so I will have the opportunity to make a good use of my experience, knowledge and skills. A parallel vision is to develop my skills in Human Development, to help others develop themselves for a better future.
