Profile
The process of creating and designing a piece of jewellery is divided into different phases which are responsible for transforming the author's idea into a solid and exclusive piece. There are many processes because, as is well known, each masterpiece has its own booklet.
After knowing the client's wishes, we start making a series of sketches or drawings on paper reflecting the main idea in several proposals. Once the design has been selected together with the client, a digital version in 3D format is made which allows us to manufacture the moulds from the prototypes.
At this point, it is time to shape and polish the solid version of the idea. This is where the goldsmith's work begins, completing and assembling the handmade jewelry through traditional techniques.
Embedded
The next phase is known as setting and consists of carefully choosing, working and placing the stones that will star in the jewel.
Each stone was worked with great care and attention so that the result would be perfect and would adapt as much as possible to the design presented to the client.
Cleaning and polishing
Once the final part is assembled, it is time to clean and polish every detail and then perform a quality control on each piece.
Rodiado
Finally, the rhodium plating phase allows to enhance the brightness and luminosity of the jewel, preparing it for the most emotional moment, the delivery to the customer. Below you can see some examples of wedding rings:
