With over thirty years’ experience within Management, Finance and Commercial Departments of a number of large multi-national companies, my experience allows me to adapt and thrive within any environment. I am proactive which is essential in anticipating and solving potential challenges.
I have the ability to understand the implications and consequences of multi-level decisions which is absolutely crucial when in a position of Management. Having international experience in managing individuals from different cultures, work ethics and skill sets; this allows me to adapt a diversified management approach to suit the individual, team and organisations in achieving its goals.
