I have over 35 years’ experience in the oil, gas and petro chemical industry. Starting 1974 with a four year indentured apprenticeship as a fabricator welder at Associated Octel and remained with them until 1989. After which I started work for Saudi Aramco-Mobil in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Technician (foreman) In 1994 I was promoted to Refinery Maintenance Supervisor. May 2001 I went to the Republic of Yemen as a Site Supervisor for Al-Hashedi for the client Nexen. February 2013 I went back to Saudi Aramco-Mobil in Saudi Arabia for a three month shutdown with Foster Wheeler Energy as an Alkylation unit Job Leader. June 2013 I returned to the Republic of Yemen for Dome on the construction of a CPF for the client OMV as a Construction Superintendent. September 2014 I went to the Kurdish region of Iraq for Western Zagros Ltd. as a Field Construction Superintendent. My past experiences have given me a good cross section of knowledge in all aspects of construction, Maintenance, commissioning/start-up, and implementation of management policies, time schedules, budgets, safety and QA/QC programs.
