Spearheading the Operations, business development India and P&L for total sales revenue of 505 crore
Responsible for three manufacturing plants for EPD
Products: 26 product families covering app 2600 products – mainly being used in transmission and distribution lines in power sector
 Strategic planning to ensure business growth, margin improvement and profitability
 New business development, development of new alliances
 Develop services and solutions and expand business within the target segment of utility and contractors , industries and OEMs
