I am B-tech (mech) & Offering a 25 years working experience in Modern dry large Cement Plants.
Presently is working with M/s Heidelberg Cement India Limited Unit Narsingarh (Damoh) as GM (Technical) in capacity HOD of Maintenance control Centre (MCC). Responsible for implementation of Maintenance Improvement Project (MIP) at Narsingarh, Clinkerization Unit & two integrated grinding Unit Imlai & Jhansi of HCIL.
I am also good exposure of project execution, plant maintenance of large Process Plant (Cement Industry). I am well conversant with Pro-active, preventive maintenance and diagnostic technique of cement plant equipments. Utilized reliability Centred maintenance (RCM), Root Caused Analysis, FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) maintenance strategies for cost effective maintenance and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all rotating equipment.
