I am passionate about Talent Management, Leadership Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and Organizational Communication. One of my key achievements has been designing and implementing a year-long induction and training program for Campus Hires for the organization, which has led to higher retention and engagement of Young Talent. I have also worked to strengthen the Training Needs Identification and Training Deployment Process. I have worked on High Potential Talent Engagement and Retention Project, as well as a organization wide Values Drive. I am currently the project lead for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module implementation in India.
In the past, I have part of the core team that is responsible for driving the Employee Engagement journey. One of the key highlights has been being ranked in the Top 100 Best Place to Work by the Economic Times Great Place to Work Survey, for two consecutive years. I have worked to conceptualize and drive engagement practices and activities across the organization.
I am an avid reader, and I enjoy travelling, meeting new people, and volunteering for educational causes during my free time.
