My job is to help and assist in all matters relating to implementation of quality systems. I prepare training materials for different departments aimed at perfection in quality standards. Maintain files and documents pertaining to such quality audits. Suggest changes to ensure that the work procedures and equipments fall in line with the required specifications and requirements. I supervise the team who carry out the detailed assessment of quality at different stages of audit. I ensure that data and information are up to date and reports are accurately prepared, submitted and available on a timely basis.
I have good investigating and error spotting skill. I am well versed in number crunching, creating reports using various tools and applications, communication and persuasion. I am able to perform risk analysis in the department. I recruit and train supervisors and provide them with documented quality standards. I select quality inspection tools and software to support the inspection team. I lead and manage MIS team ensuring that staff are managed, trained and motivated to meet the objectives and priorities of the service.
I am a trained professional of six sigma green belt. I have successfully trained around 500 associates on process of Collection, Banking and Back-end data entry. Conducted the Training Need Analysis in order to judge the training requirement. I have onsite experiences where I have visited places like US, Costa Rica and Philippines for training and setting up quality methodology
