Instrumentation (Design & Drafting)
Preparation of equipment modeling for instrumentation using SP3D and PDS applications, Instrument Index, Dimensional data for Piping (DDP), Wiring, Specification & other modules of INtools.
Preparation of Instrumentation hook-up diagrams, Instrument loop diagrams, logic diagrams, Instrumentation location plan drawings, fire & gas location plan drawings, building and equipment layout, cable transit arrangement, cable schedule, cable routing plan, cable block diagram, junction box locations and cable tray plans, installation detail drawings, including preparation of bill of materials.
Preparation of detailed point to point wiring diagrams, panel devices 2D drawing, panel & wiring layout & fabrication drawing, including preparation of bill of materials. Preparation of ‘As Built’ drawings and all other relevant documentation to lead engineer for the client for final handover and signing off of the project. Visits project site for conducting surveys and collecting relevant data and measurements required to complete the instrumentation design and engineering works.
