Mark Burns

I have held leadership positions with international oil and gas companies for many years. I am a highly motivated leader and manager in construction and maintenance. I have a mechanical technical background and over 35 years experience in construction and maintenance in the North Sea, various Middle East countries, USA, the Netherlands and Kazakhstan. My managerial and mechanical experience, along with my extensive international and multi discipline experience, has given me a broad and excellent working knowledge of construction and maintenance requirements for the oil and gas industry, and a strong commercial awareness on production gains and production losses. I am highly skilled at the assembly, enhancement, deployment and motivation of teams, resulting in a consistently high level of client satisfaction. I am well versed at defining scope and the subsequent planning and execution of work, to bring about a well defined handover, whist taking and placing the right level of responsibility at all stages of these processes. I am not afraid to step out of my immediate area of responsibility to help and assist when required.
