I am Maria Exal Orilla, a registered nurse, currently working as a healthcare recruiter in an established recruitment firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I am everything packed into one. A hardworking, dedicated, team-player, and goal oriented achiever with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Other than that, I am articulate, adaptable, and very effective working with people of different backgrounds, culture and temperaments.

When it comes to work, I am very organized and time bounded. It developed my ability from the many years of experience in successful managing and organizing personal time to my work load. It goes to show that I can easily understand and follow complex instructions to successful conclusions. I also make it possible to produce a good quality of work even when under extreme time pressure and deadlines.
