I would take this opportunity to introduce myself to you as 18 years Gulf Experience (U.A.E, QATAR & OMAN) with over all 23 years of Total Experience. I am proactive in the field of MEP Project Management besides Contract, Commercial and Procurement. I have Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and and I am looking for stable and long term carrier.

I have worked on several "Electric Substations, District Cooling Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Pumping Stations, Water Features, Swimming Pools and MEP Projects such as High Rise Buildings, Luxury Hotels, Deluxe Villas, Hospitals, Medical College, University, Schools, Clubs, Shopping Malls, Ministry Buildings, Police Head Quarter, Airports, Seaports, Landscaping Works, Street Lighting. I have a strong knowledge, expertise and local insight with an ability to plan, review and execute strategies to streamline the operational and capital expenditure. I have comprehensive experience in ramping up several high net worth multidimensional projects within time & cost parameters using FIDIC and other forms of local Contract.

I am presently functioning in BELHASA PROJECTS as Head of Contract, Commercial and Estimation – Special MEP Projects and Infrastructure in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and steering the function for managing the Contracts. I am reporting to the General Manager and utilizing my skills in evolving successful rollouts, project management and turnaround of fortunes through astute Contract and Commercial knowledge for successful achievement of business objectives and ensure top line profitability.

I have good communication skills and am a Team Player to promote a culture of ethics and my goal is to transit my enthusiasm, creativity and energy to influence internal / external Stakeholders. I would like to continuously provide the strategic and tactical leadership, critical for the Contract.
