Periodically visit the sites, supervise the works performed and support QA/QC engineers & other staffs on Quality related matters.
Train & arrange meetings to educate other staffs on quality & related areas
Analyze customer complaints, customer feedback & take appropriate action as when required
Minimize the process gaps by analyzing the internal quality audit NCR, site NCR & site instruction raised during all phase of execution.
Conduct Quality Audits& see the preventive & corrective actions are taken on the audits finds.
Review technical data sheets, ITP, Purchase orders, test reports type, Sample, Routine, Special etc.. Certificates and related shop drawings
Carry out/witness inspection and testing as per plan –
Raise inspection calls for vendor inspection by clients representative & notify to external/third party authorities
Preparation review and updating of system manuals, system procedures as management decision -
In process inspection of line production and giving technical assistance for production supervisor
case of any nonconformity, generating NCR and initiating to close the NCR with the concerned department
Maintaining all records related to ISO 9001:2008
Conducting internal audits and maintain the records for ISO external audit
Coordinating the customer /third party inspections and providing relevant documents
Conducting all the in process inspection of galvanizing as per the standard BS EN ISO 1461
Conducting final inspection and approval of finished products for dispatch
Organising and conduct of inspection activities
Preparing progress report
Fabrication supervising, progress monitoring and reporting
Inspection both in-house and site
Preparing WPS and PQR for welding process
Preparing all relevant QC documents for the clients
Controlling all QC inspectors
Raising NCR and giving instruction for rectifying the defect to close the NCR
Producing Conformity Certificates for the clients
Controlling all Raw material for the production to ensure quality
Handling all QC documents
