Myself Manoj Nagwanshi ;having 10 years of deep experience in aluminium smelter as production superintendent, whereas my responsibility is to executing shift schedule ,planning ,resource allocation ,employee engagement ,training needs identification for employee ,safety audit and elimination of unsafe act and condition. I also a sound experience as Process engineer In aluminium processing plant , that include daily monitoring of process parameter, parameter setting ,technical problem solving , new improvement projects and process efficiency analysis considering cost reduction .

Also I am very sound in daily operation planning where as my responsibility include raw material and spares part inventory management, inventory reduction, critical items reporting, cost analysis for spares, negotiation with supplier along with commercial department, raw material planning and shipment delivery schedule , coordinating with maintenance for PM and shutdown activity.

I have very sound experience of production planning, inventory control and Quality Systems . I have very deep knowledge of SAP-PP and MM module and good knowledge of ISO 9001-2008 as LEAD AUDITOR FOR QMS system.
