Heading finance & accounts for manufacturing operations of detergents, soaps and cleaning products on daily basis in Primavera ERP environment . Controlling of daily accounting operations by doing regular analysis in accounting system with help of different modules. Reviewing production and inventory movements and checking for the deviations with the physical inventory reports. Managing daily funds allocation by reviewing funds flow in banks and cash accounts . Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for smooth flow of disbursement of transfers against all importations. Reviewing Trial Balance on monthly basis to ensure correct treatment of all income, expenses, assets and liabilities. Ensuring and controlling monthly reconciliations of suppliers, clients, banks, cash and inventories on regular basis. Preparing and sending accounting reports like Profitability Report, Budget vs. Actual analysis, cash flow statements to management and discussing with them on monthly basis. Ensuring finalization of final accounts on quarterly basis with in target dates and submitting the same to Top management of company. Coordinating with internal, statutory and tax auditors for periodical review of internal control, accounting and taxation reports. Ensuring due compliances of company policies and processes including SOP’s and timely compliance of statutory obligations related to taxes, finance & accounts.
