• Managed site execution of MEP jobs including Electrical and HVAC, CCP, Oversee drainage, fire fighting water suppression line system, fire alarm & plumbing system, Escalator, Elevator, BACS,BMS, CCTV, and card access.
• Conducted materials inspection by its documents or with its physical condition/match with client specification.
• Ensured proper installations are done as per the approved design drawings, method statement without material damage as per the project specifications. Make sure all woks inspection testing as per the standard inspection test plan.
• Inspected installations, pre-commissioning & commissioning of MEP Systems.
• Effectively maintain the documentation to full proof of all activities including supporting documents and correspondences.

• Safeguard panel board wiring work as well as a transformer, switchgear repair and testing work.
