I am Manikandan, having 20 years Customer support experience.
First 8 years in the On line UPS field (Uninterrupted Power supply Systems).
After i have moved to Office automation and Laser printers /MFPs. I am handling the OCE & Canon Production printers and MFPs.
Now working as a Technical Manager at MFI Document Solutions Ltd. Dar es Salaam. Tanzania.
I am handling 25 technicians.
Responsibilities-
1. Conducting daily morning technical meeting with technicians.
2. Providing technical advise for the escalated calls.
3. Responsible for the spares and consumables stock.
4. Working towards the Maintenance contract and consumables business target.
5. Doing the survey and preparing report for the Leasing proposals.
