Presently I’m based in Lagos, Nigeria as a Finance Director - Head of Finance and Accounts, in FMCG Manufacturing MNC, with Net Revenue of more than USD 300mn. Now it is in strategic alliance with multinational beverage company.
I did all my education from India. I’m a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and also a qualified Company Secretary, a degree in to have an understanding and compliance in corporate laws. Have good understanding of Financial, Accounting, Statutory, Legal and commercial compliances.
I’m having working experience of more than 20 years, and mostly as a commercial and as Head of Finance & Accounts since 1998.
In the past had an opportunity to work in the Financial Services, Automobile Engineering, Crude Oil refining facility and retail business, and different size of organization viz medium large to large scale organization.
As Head of Finance or as a Commercial and Finance Head, I was always responsible to meet the financial and commercial requirement of the organizations. Handled different assignments, M & A, diversification, project evaluation, analyzing the business objectively, and support business to grow at next level.
Have greater flexibility and adaptability to absorb and go deep to meet the new challenges and the flexibility to place me in broad range of demanding situations, professionally and effectively.
