I humbly introduce myself as an enthusiastic hotel industry professional currently employed as hotel manager having more than 11 years of experience in various roles in hotel & resorts, I have been a part of three 5 star hotel and resorts pre-opening operations actively in Room divisions, Human resources, Training and Procurement. I have worked with various International chain hotel groups like Starwood hotels and resorts, Wyndham hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental hotels & Resorts and Luxury cruise lines in United Kingdom. A passionate hotelier willing to learn and develop in all areas of Hotel Operation and contribute to an organization through Innovation, Performance Enhancement and over all self and colleagues’ development. Direct the activities of the Front Office areas, Housekeeping, while support to Sales, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Human Resources departments to ensure the achievement of established quality and guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals.
