Malavika Raghavan

I am Malavika Raghavan, working in Gandhinagar as an Engineer Planner in Gujarat Tourism Opportunity Limited (JV of IL&FS-IDC and Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (Government of Gujarat)). I have completed M.Tech in Urban Planning from VNIT, Nagpur and B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.

Present Job Profile: Government advisory services,Tourism Infrastructure Development, Strategic and Conceptual Planning for Tourism improvement in the State, PPP Project implementation, Bid Process Management, Feasibility study of various tourist destinations across Gujarat, assistance to Gujarat Tourism Department in tourism policy making.

Due to my passionate association with urban transport and smart city related projects, I carried out my thesis work on smart city concept and public transport planning. The thesis work was well appreciated by the eminent panel of experts by acknowledging the work with the highest score.

I have an innate competency for powerpoint presentation and public speaking. I am further acknowledged and acquainted for my editorial skills, documentation, articulation of creative ideas in the form of words, graphics and narrations across my educational and professional career. I am appreciated for in-depth analysis and decision making skills.

I desire to make my line of work in Infrastructure development sector where I apply my education and one year of appreciative experience for yielding the dual benefits of ground-breaking and industrious outcome, thereby enhancing my professional skills and technical expertise.
