Maitreyee Roy Chowdhury

I am a resolute HR professional with 9 years of experience. A Gold medalist in MBA-HR and Masters in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, after getting a pre-placement offer, I started my career with ESSAR Group as part of their Business Leadership Program in 2007. ESSAR gave me rich exposure in various domains of HR i.e. Engagement, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Change management etc. I also carried out extensive projects on merger & acquisition and cultural integrations across different locations in India.

While managing different roles, I have honed various HR competencies relevant in today’s VUCA world. I have been passionate about continuous learning, business partnering and driving organizational changes focused around creating higher value for stake holders and creating superior employee experiences.

Given a right opportunity, I would be keen on leveraging some of my strengths towards driving broader organizational HR agenda.

As a HR professional, I also have knowledge on enabling tools like MS office, SAP-HR & Oracle systems as user. I am also a visiting faculty of my university and as a psychologist have been part of National & International conferences, presented papers as well as been involved as Youth & work professional trainer.
