responsibilities:
•working on electric motors LV.
•Dismantle troubleshoot investigate repair and re-assemble all types of electrical and mechanical apparatus.
•Work from sketches schematic layouts test specifications written or verbal instructions from supervision
•Operate various tools to work and inspection mechanical units.
•Dismantling and reassembly of rotating equipment.
•Safety and general housekeeping.
•Working as a technician of all kinds of submersible pumps, swage pumps,
•Fresh water pumps, all kinds of slip ring motors.
•Working as a mechanical technician of elevator motors, crane motors, alternators, break coils, ext.
•And also trouble shooting of site services ,alignment of coupled motors by using dial test indicator, initial testing motors ,test vibration and records. and maintenance of electric motors. and have ability to handle the flame proof (Explosion proof) motors,
•Motors are dismantling and cleaning.
• Each component is tested prior to repair for accurate, firm.
• Motor rotor shafts can be replaced.
• Motors are performance tested to assure quality.
