Responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the Execution Stage of EPC projects
• Install field instruments like transmitters/gauges ( Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, Vibration ), RTDs, Thermocouples, Switches ( Pressure, Level, Vibration etc. ), Analyzers ( Ph, Conductivity, Gas etc.), SWAS system, Fire Alarm System, PA, EPABX System, Fire fighting system.
• Install JBS, cable trays, cable laying, instrument impulse lines, DCS/PLC Panels, Consoles, Air header routines
• Loop checking, calibration, Pre commissioning, Commissioning.
• Inspection for the Installation of Field Mounted Instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing/ Impulse line tubing.
• Carry out the electrical drive testing, control valves, on/off valves testing through
• Instrumentation & control work for Boiler, Turbine, Water treatment plants, Ash handling plants, Coal handling plants, Condensor system, Balance of plants etc.
