Assessment of amount payables and making e-payment of all statutory bodies with in due dates making no room for disallowance for exps u/s 43B and filing of all the e-returns like 24Q, 26Q, 27EQ, ST-3, Form-I & 1,PF, ESI and PT.

Monitoring Cenvat Credit, PLA deposits and verifying ER1.

Working Capital and Project Term Loan arrangements, Submission of CMA Data to Banks.

Pricing, exercising Budgetary control, variance analysis, various MIS reports,

Appearing for statutory Assessments, Drafting legal documents, Independent Correspondence with all concerned.
