My background as an energetic and skillful human resource professional remains unique to the marketplace. I perform best in which allow me to creatively generate new ideas and deal closely with people. My Bachelor’s and Master's degree ( Certified human resource professional ) provided me the knowledge of basic human resource skills like recruitment, talent acquisition, business development and employee engagement that I was able to put to use in previous and current roles. In addition to my education, my present experience also providing me the opportunity to build many strengths. I've effectively used data to solve productivity issues as well as to build staff morale.
